Climb aboard a bouncing banana boat as you zip across the bright-turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Join your fellow passengers as you glide over the sea, an exhilarating ride that provides thrills for all ages. Soak up the sun and let the warm water splash over you on this fun excursion. Your adventure begins with convenient hotel pickup, transporting you to Cabbage Beach, which is nestled on the ocean side of Paradise Island. This public beach serves as the perfect location for some fun in the sun and an exciting escapade out on the water. At the shore, join your family and friends as you climb onto the 10-person bright-yellow banana boat. A motor boat pulls you out into the ocean, gaining velocity with each passing second. Bounce atop the waves and be sprayed by the warm waters crashing against the boat as your captain creates a meandering path through the sea. The speed of the boat can increase or decrease per your request, making this a fun journey for riders of all ages. At the end of your ride, the remainder of your day can be spent playing in the water and relaxing on the beach.

Cancellation Policy

Date Changes: Changes to the original date are subject to a $50 fee. This fee is cash only and payable upon pick-up or prior to the start of the activity. Time changes within the same date will be accommodated. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. For a full refund, cancellations must be made a full 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your water sport adventure. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given. Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you cancel your booked adventure(s) within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full amount of the adventure(s) booked. Cancellation Process: Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone, email or on the website. Please provide your booking details when contacting us. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 - 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking. No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled water sport adventure without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and no refunds will be provided. Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of adverse weather conditions that lead to the cancellation of your adventure, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Our captains will make the final decision regarding adverse weather conditions. Guests who choose not to participate based on weather concerns, without a confirmed determination of adverse weather, will not be eligible for a refund. Provider's Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment issues, or insufficient participation. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. By booking a water sport adventure with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
